WILLY WONKA JR. presented by Riverstone International Middle School.
Willy Wonka Jr. is the 5th musical production that Riverstone International School has presented to the community, following in the footsteps of such wonderful shows as “Oliver!”, “Beauty and the Beast”, “Aladdin” and, of course, last year’s “Grease”. It is always a thrill for students and adults to combine music, drama and dance with fabulous sets to provide heart-warming entertainment. It is more of a thrill to see the student performers rise to the occasion, step out and take a risk, and be rewarded by a rousing reception. Students work for 2 – 3 months, learning lines, songs and what it means to be part of a team. They learn about persevering, being committed, being there for each other. This is a unique experience for students in a Middle School in this valley. So if you love chocolate, great entertainment, or supporting our kids we hope that you will join us at the Fulton Street Center for the Arts on Tuesday 28th or Wednesday 29th at 6:30pm.
