Cost
- $10 for adults, $5 for children in Preschool–Grade 12, Riverstone International School Staff and Family free.
- Your ticket includes entry, light snacks, and hot chocolate.
- Scotty's Hot Dogs will be on-site serving their delicious fare. (not included in ticket price)
- Gluhwein and an adult bar will be available on a donation basis.
Ticket Pick-up
Monday, December 11, or Tuesday, December 12 in front of Elementary school at drop off and pick up. Look for PA volunteers
Food
“What is your favorite holiday meal? This year we’re welcoming you to share an international or holiday crockpot meal for others to enjoy! Please sign up to bring a crockpot entree, side, or dessert.”
Food will be served outside so please dress warm.
Community Giving
We are proud to introduce a giving component to the Holiday Market called “The Giving Tree”. We’ve chosen two local non-profit partners, Faces of Hope and Women and Children’s Alliance, and have provided you with their “Wish List” of needs. Along with your generous donations, the “hope bracelets” and the Giving Tree will be donated to Faces of Hope as part of their wish list.
Please drop off the requested items December 1–15 at the Elementary School Atrium.

THEY ACHIEVE THIS BY MEETING THE MEDICAL, LEGAL, SAFETY, EDUCATION, AND BASIC NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN A WARM AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.
PLEASE BRING DONATIONS OF - INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY HYGIENE KITS
PURCHASE ITEMS AND ASSEMBLE A HYGIENE KIT. YOU CAN EVEN PARTNER WITH ANOTHER FAMILY OR TWO TO MAKE A COMPLETE KIT. ALL TOILETRY ITEMS SHOULD BE NEW, UNOPENED, AND FULL-SIZE. UNSCENTED OR GENDER-FRIENDLY SCENTS ARE PREFERRED FOR SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, LOTION, AND DEODORANT. IF MAKING A FAMILY KIT, PLEASE INCLUDE MULTIPLE TOOTHBRUSHES.

For easier storage and distribution of kits, please enclose the kit items in a strong paper or plastic bag or preferably a reusable bag
Photo Booth
Take your photos with Santa, or do a group photo with friends. Heather Webster of Heather Webster Photography is graciously donating photos for the evening. For $10/photo, make it your family holiday card, or a class picture, a group of parents with Santa, or your youngest on Santa’s lap. From 6:10–7:15 PM, the photo booth will be open. Venmo and Parent Square payment.
Music
As you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the lovely sound of holiday music played by two Riverstone students (insert names). The festive atmosphere extends outside, where holiday music will also be playing.
Breakout Room
From 5:30–6 PM in the music room, Preschool–Grade 1 students are invited to dance, sing and play holiday songs.
