We believe that an education at Riverstone should be accessible to all students. To foster diversity, the Board of Trustees annually allocates funds for financial aid so that we may recruit and retain qualified students, regardless of their families’ ability to pay full tuition. Investing in education is a choice that all of our families make and our assistance program provides an avenue to attend Riverstone for families who qualify. Any financial awards given are not loans and do not have to be repaid. Riverstone also offers multiple payment plan.
Riverstone Tuition and a Family’s Income
Income Level Ranges: Use this income guide to get a general idea of where your family may fall into Riverstone’s Financial Aid program. These categories are based on gross total income for all members of a given family. The guidelines below may not apply in situations where assets and investments exceed typical ranges for households with the annual total income in each income bracket listed below. As a tuition-driven school, Riverstone relies exclusively on tuition dollars and donations to fund our budget. Every family will make a contribution toward their student’s tuition.
We recognize that tuition can be a significant challenge for families earning less than $75,000 annually. To support talented and motivated students, we proudly offer merit-based scholarships to help make our world-class education more accessible. We encourage families to explore these opportunities and join our school community.
Between $75,000 - $130,000
Families in this range may be impacted by competing demands associated with the cost of living. Riverstone commits to making tuition affordable by considering income as the most important part of the calculation.
Individual circumstances vary and affect a family’s needs. Bank accounts, investments including real estate, debts, home equity, other school tuitions, multiple households, and medical expenses are some of the many factors that affect a Financial Aid decision.
Between $130,000 - $200,000
Families in this range may have more monthly income and assets, but full tuition may be a stretch. Detailed evaluation of home values, debt, investments, and retirement savings are considered in determining fair affordable tuition.
