Administrative Openings
Middle & High School Administrative Assistant
Riverstone International School seeks to hire a dynamic individual to join our team as the Middle and High School Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Middle and High School Director’s and serve as the first point of contact and administrative support for families, students, and faculty/staff to help ensure that the Middle and High School Division functions efficiently and smoothly.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled to work 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. This person may work up to one week during the school’s two-week spring break and winter break. The school is also closed one week in July and for other federal holidays. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with parents, staff, and school personnel. Extensive experience and proficiency with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software required. Employee will be required to obtain First Aid and CPR certification. Bilingual capabilities with Spanish or Mandarin a plus.

Riverstone International School is looking to hire an energetic teacher to join its Elementary School team, Grade K through Grade 5 starting August 2024 for the 2024-25 school year. Experience and/or knowledge of the International Baccalaureate, Primary Years Programme, is advantageous.
