As Idaho’s first International Baccalaureate authorized institution, Riverstone International School offers the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme for preschool through grade 12 students. Using our Five Pillars as guides, we create pathways for our students to explore academically and personally. These explorations help students develop a greater understanding of who they are and the mindset to find purpose in their world.

Our staff enjoys a collegial environment, strong community support, small classes, and many ample opportunities to extend classroom learning into the outdoors. Staff members may also mentor student groups, teach after-school activities, coach athletic or academic teams, and chaperone summer travel opportunities. They serve as role models for our students, personally demonstrating the values from our Guiding Principles.

Riverstone is located in Boise, Idaho — one of America’s best-kept secrets. Bordered on one side by the Rocky Mountains and the other by the coastal states of Washington and Oregon, Boise is blessed with a great quality of life, fantastic weather, and a myriad of things to do, indoors and out.
